Potential for a line or two
Went for a rainy day hike a couple of weeks ago. A sit down start on the lip jug on the left, then angling up and right has potential. Sadly the cool feature on the right of the big hueco is not solid enough. It would otherwise be very interesting.

Best collection of moderate problems in Athens?
- pretty good quality rock
- good height (10-15 ft)
- flat landing
- easy side walk-off
- several distinct lines
- plenty of potential for interesting eliminates
- Two routes with shared anchor, other top rope routes as well.
- Right to left traverse, "Court Street Shuffle" V3 ish,
- starte to right of this image, finish at far left of crag
Getting there: Take 50 east to 76 north, turn left on scatter ridge road, take gravel road left (south) to the Horse riding trails parking area. Park at the kiosk lot, then find Amaretto trail 50 yrds further down road, follow to Cliff Trail. Take Cliff Trail to the right, cross stream and look up and to left to spot crag.

Heart shaped hueco
This boulder sits beside the rock-house trail near the (8) crimpy corner area (see map). There is an ultra-direct climber approach trail that leads directly to the downhill side of the boulder. While hiking the flat section of the cucumber tree connector trail, look for a trail leading steeply uphill along a ridge. Follow this up, over a fallen tree and to this boulder.
An acceptable warm up traverse starts in the heart shaped hueco and proceed right to left along the lip of this boulder. Another traverse is possible on the opposite side, on less mossy and sharper stone.
